All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be added to your total invoice amount.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. We will make every effort to ship your order promptly. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from ArtisanCraft Furniture pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.
Our return policy allows you to return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at support@stretchflexband.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom-made furniture is not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your custom piece to report any issues.
