The Customization Process at ArtisanCraft

Initial Consultation: Contact us via phone at (828) 412-7093 or email us at design@stretchflexband.com to schedule a consultation. During this initial meeting, either in person at our showroom in Willow Creek, CA, or virtually, we'll discuss your furniture needs, style preferences, and any specific requirements you may have. We'll gather information about the dimensions, materials, and overall aesthetic you're aiming for. Our design consultants, like Sarah Miller and David Chen, are experts at helping you translate your ideas into a concrete plan.
Design Development: Based on the initial consultation, our design team will create detailed sketches and 3D renderings of your custom furniture piece. We'll present these designs to you for review and feedback. This is your opportunity to make any necessary adjustments to the design, ensuring that it perfectly meets your expectations. We'll work closely with you through several iterations until you are completely satisfied with the design.
Material Selection: Once the design is finalized, we'll guide you through the selection of materials. We offer a wide range of high-quality woods, fabrics, and finishes to choose from. Our materials experts, such as Emily Johnson, can provide guidance on the durability, texture, and aesthetic qualities of different options. We source sustainable materials wherever possible, ensuring that your furniture is both beautiful and environmentally responsible. We provide physical samples for you to review so you can feel the textures and see the colors firsthand.
Quotation and Approval: After the design and material selections are finalized, we'll provide you with a detailed quotation for the custom furniture piece. This quotation will include a breakdown of all costs, including materials, labor, and delivery. Once you approve the quotation, we'll move forward with the production process.
Crafting and Production: Our skilled artisans will then begin crafting your custom furniture piece. Throughout the production process, we'll keep you updated on the progress and provide you with estimated completion dates. You are welcome to visit our workshop (by appointment) to see your piece being crafted.
